  Dr. Yuko Ueno received her Ph.D in Ocean microbiology-biochemistry and joined Leave a Nest in 2013. She have experience in producing new project by encouraging collaboration between academia and industry as a Science Bridge Communicator. As a President of Leave a Nest America Inc. with the experience of tech-startup accelerator, she is bridging Japanese tech startups to global tech-startup platform to interconnect the technology and social issues.

Before joining Real Tech, he was the president of the largest youth ran NPO in Japan that commits in supporting young entrepreneurs globally. He graduated from Keio SFC University with a bachelor in management.

I have been in charge of global development since 2019, and I am engaged in global product development and joint research. I am also responsible for exploring technologies in the global, especially in Southeast Asia and creating new businesses in global.

He also the Founder and CEO of UMG Group, one of the largest companies in Myanmar with more than 5,000 employees and the largest producer and distributor of agricultural tractor equipment.

Purwadaria was the founder of the Incubator Center for Agribusiness and Agroindustry (ICAA) of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in 1995, and lead the incubator to a sustain institution until 2005, when it was further developed into Research and Development Center for Entrepreneurship with the ICAA remained as a division under the new Center. He became the Director of the Center until 2007.

Bitten by the startup bug, Hussein now continues contributing to the scene via BLOCK71 Indonesia, as the Programme Head, spearheading several initiatives and guiding startups both locally and in the region.

  Ms. Shanti Shamdasani is the founder & CEO of S. ASEAN International Advocacy & Consultancy, a strategic public policy & government affairs firm specializing in matters related to policy shaping, regulations, investments, market entry, public private partnership, government outreach, funding & projects management. Ms. Shamdasani has provided consultations & formed advisory panels that lead US, EU, China & Korean businesses engagement with senior government officials on market entry & addressing entry barriers. She also created the ASEAN CEO Think Tank Working Group consisting of Top Regional CEO’s of MNC’s & continue to provide consultations to Business Leaders in the region on market penetration, barriers & policy directions. Ms. Shamdasani has spent 17 years working for large US & European MNC’s including 10 years with Pfizer & 5 years with Johnson & Johnson, which includes 3 years with DHL, all at a Senior Regional Director positions working in 4 different countries. Ms. Shamdasani has been widely recognized as one of the strongest proponents of forging ties between ASEAN & its investing partners.
