  Savitri Tan is an experienced startup advisor and operator. She is currently working with Isomer Capital, an investor in London and has worked with over 600 founders in her former role as Head of the Company Building Programme at Entrepreneur First, where she helped to devise, implement and scale a programme to help 200 individuals a year start a tech company from scratch. Prior to this she worked in marketing and branding and also for the UK government.

He moved to the department driving open innovation three years ago and exploring new technologies to upgrade their products and services for future market.

  Jialin Wang receives her MSc Degree from University of Bristol. She joined Rolls-Royce plc in 2014 and did four rotations at Production Test Facility, National Composites Centre, Engine Repair and Overhaul, and Design& Make Bristol office during her Manufacturing Graduate Scheme. Now she is a capability acquisition manufacturing engineer at Experimental developing new technology for Development engine and UltraFan®.

He holds visiting posts at Loughborough and Cambridge universities, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and holds the Queens Award for Enterprise Promotion.
