Dr. Hong Bo has been part of the research group at Mitsui Chemicals Singapore R&D Centre since 2012, where he focused on the ,? development of new healthcare products. Mr. Ishii has been working as a scientist at ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. (Rohto) for 20 years of which he spent more than 10 years in the basic research and technology development for cosmetics applications in skincare and anti-aging. Another area of scientific research which he engaged in as his research challenge was in stem cell related research such as manufacturing process, cell specs, pre-clinical studies and research for understanding of Mode of Action (MOA).
Mr. Satoshi Yamanaka received his M.S. degree from Osaka City University. He specializes in Electrical Engineering. He had developed high quality picture technologies for Mitsubishi Electric products such as TV and Diamond Vision in Advanced Technology R&D Center for thirteen years. He moved to the department driving open innovation three years ago and exploring new technologies to upgrade their products and services for future market.

Malcolm Chua is currently the head of incubation programme at lnnosparks-an ST Engineering Open Lab. Malcolm holds a Masters of Engineering(M.Eng) (1st Class) from Imperial College, London and is a CFA charter holder. Prior to this appointment, Malcolm was the founder of 2 start-ups and had over a decade of leadership and commercial experience across both aerospace and infrastructure sectors in both SM Es, Multi-Nationals and Government Agencies. Malcolm consults frequently for companies and is a highly regarded speaker, panelist and guest lecturer for various private and public organisations.
