PT. Metafuse Rekacipta Indonesia Emerges Victorious at TECH PLAN DEMO DAY in Indonesia 2024!

TECH PLAN DEMO DAY in Indonesia 2024 concluded successfully, bringing together the brightest minds in technology and innovation from across Indonesia. The event, held on July 20th at PIDI 4.0, showcased groundbreaking ideas and fostered collaboration among startups, industry leaders, and investors. 

The event highlighted the talent and creativity of nine outstanding finalists, carefully chosen from a group of 38 highly qualified applicants. BIOPS Agrotekno, BroMaster, PT. Nutrisi Masa Depan, PT. Metafuse Rekacipta Indonesia, WindWave Power, Batari Energy, AtmoKun, SanGreat Natural Indonesia, and Blue Marine Indonesia impressed the audience with their noteworthy ideas and original designs. They demonstrated the potential to make significant advancements in their respective fields. 

Finalists presented their cutting-edge solutions to a panel of esteemed global and local judges. The panel comprised esteemed representatives from Leave a Nest Malaysia, PT. Proxsis Solusi Bisnis, Invst ID, the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, Council of Indonesian Digital Transformation in Industry (WANTRII), Japan Tobacco Inc., Somic Management Holdings Inc., TERAJU, UntroD Capital Asia Pte. Ltd. and Ezaki Glico Co. Ltd.  

The pitches encompassed a diverse array of sectors, such as agriculture, healthcare, and sustainable technology. PT. Metafuse Rekacipta Indonesia, a standout among the impressive startups and research teams, was crowned the Grand Winner of TECH PLAN DEMO DAY in Indonesia 2024. Based in Bandung, PT. Metafuse Rekacipta Indonesia is a 3D printer manufacturer and computer-aided design consultant. The team is tackling the plastic waste problem that stems from inadequate circulation. By applying their 3D printing expertise, they recycle plastic waste and transform it into valuable downstream products. This innovative approach not only addresses the issue but also adds value to the community.

In addition to the nine finalists, the event also featured five lightning talk presentations from Green Blaze, CS Fishery, Rawramie, Greenlabs Indonesia, and Curaweda Palagan Innotech. These lightning talk teams were selected based on the voting by the partners of TECH PLANTER in Indonesia 2024, igniting the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Indonesia tech ecosystem. Furthermore, the event featured informative partner presentations from PT. Proxsis Solusi Bisnis, TERAJU, and UntroD Capital Asia. These presentations provided valuable insights and added to the overall dynamism of the event.

3. UNTROD CAPITAL ASIA AND INVST ID AWARDS

• Winner: Blue Marine Indonesia

• Technology Theme: Echosounder, Remote Sensing, GIS.

• Award Inclusions: 12,000,000 IDR Monetary Prize

• Reason for Winning: Blue Marine Indonesia is tackling coastal challenges specific to Indonesia. The company's innovative approach and growth potential have caught the attention of both UntroD and Invst ID, offering the necessary support for its business development and expansion.

4. JAPAN TOBACCO AND PROXSIS AWARDS

• Winner: SanGreat Natural Indonesia

• Technology Theme: Eco-friendly Pest Control Solutions.

• Award Inclusions: 12,000,000 IDR Monetary Prize

• Reason for Winning: Japan Tobacco is dedicated to creating delightful moments and strive to develop a product that is readily accessible to the general public, ensuring widespread availability and adoption. • Technology Theme: Atmokun's Padulab Jinjing.
